- Fulfillment & Logistics Data: Preferred fulfillment option (Canada-wide shipping or free Calgary studio pickup), postal codes for provincial sales tax assessment, and package tracking records.
- Customer Communications: Messages, feedback, inquiries sent to our studio via contact forms, emails, or direct messages.
- Business Project Inquiries: Organization and contact details, project briefs, product preferences, estimated quantities and budgets, delivery preferences, reference links, and consent to project-related contact. These are stored privately in Neon for our authorized team to review and follow up. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing or create a paid order.
- Device & Technical Telemetry: Anonymized or pseudonymous IP addresses, browser types, device attributes, and site navigation patterns collected to maintain server stability and prevent fraudulent checkout activity.
3. Payment Processing & Financial Security (Stripe)
All payments on InFuture are facilitated directly through Stripe, Inc., an industry-leading payment gateway audited by an independent Qualified Security Assessor. InFuture does not collect, record, process, or store your credit card number, debit card number, or CVV/CVC code on our servers.

4. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following specific purposes:
- Processing, packing, and dispatching your orders.
- Transmitting transactional order confirmations, tracking numbers, and delivery updates via our email service provider (Resend).
- Calculating appropriate Canadian federal and provincial sales taxes (GST, HST, or PST) according to the destination province.
- Administering Calgary in-person pickup orders and scheduling studio visits.
- Detecting and mitigating unauthorized transactions, credit fraud, and spam.

As InFuture expands to support an interactive creator platform allowing artists and cultural practitioners to publish concepts, designs, and collaborative editions:

- Payout Information: If you receive royalties, commission payouts, or grants, payment details are processed through authorized merchant payout partners (such as Stripe Connect) adhering to financial reporting requirements.
- Idea & IP Disclosures: Submissions shared through public forums are accessible to visitors; private submissions are protected under our internal confidentiality protocols.
